Minor typo #2

Hi there, I enjoyed reading your book and actually translating it into Korean. Anyways, I found few typos here, so there you go.

Pg 9 :: Few questions were duplicated. (at the top of the page)
Pg 205 & 206 :: ‘Question and Answer’ were used where ‘Student and Master’ should be.

Yet another tiny typo, on page 28: “never lose site” should be “never lose sight.” Your book is required and very popular reading in our office—thanks for stating everything so clearly.

And a few more:

46, third paragraph: “Herbs Kelleher” should be “Herb Kelleher’s”
p. 47, grey box, third paragraph: “to simply the invoice” should be “to simplify the invoice”
p. 49, grey box, second paragraph: “a couple tries” maybe should be “a couple of tries” “Writing a good elevator” should be “writing a good elevator pitch”
p. 51, third paragraph: “family on the merits” should probably be “family of the merits” “benefits of how” should probably be “benefits, or how”
