Why should I create the folder layout-land in order to show the landscape orientation? Can I just create a folder like layout-another or to create a xml file like another_main.xml? Do they make sense? What is the principle of the use of Alternate Resource? |

You create layout-land folder and put the modified (for another orientation) activity_sudoku.xml in there and it’ll all work fine ;) |

The parts of the directory name like “-land” have a specific meaning. See this documentation for more info: |
