Despite how common this would seem, including a splitview as one of a tabBar’s subviews, the Apple documentation on UISplitViewController seems to say you can’t do it—the splitview always has to be the root view of the application. There are some ‘solutions’ I have found out on the net, but none of them appears to quite work right. Can the authors comment on a “best practices” workaround for this situation? |
