Hi there. Just wondering if the different topics in the book are linked to any research? It is always nice to be able to dig deeper if needed.

Yes, the book contains tons of references to research, and pretty much every chapter ends with a “further reading” list, which lists books, papers, studies, and articles on the chapter’s topic.
