I tried to type in the Google Maps URL for a single tile on p. 14 very carefully, but it leads to a 404. Likewise, some other online references point to Google Maps tiles also 404. Apparently they changed their format. On Google Mapki I found this one that works: http://maps.google.com/mapdata?latitude_e6=39470218&longitude_e6=4294590424&zm=38400&w=800&h=600&cc=us&min_priority=2
