my customer still uses CVS, I would love to own the PDF

So what do I do?

I am a proud (legal) owner of all PragProg books on version control – apart from the one on CVS.
I do know, there are plenty of other books on CVS out there, but I am still keen on the PragProg one on CVS.
Is there any chance I can get it?
