Hello, i follow all the project in the book and it work very good, but I have just 2 question:

1) if I want using the Recipes App with a default List inside how can precompile a Recipes.recipe file?

2) if i want to separate the view in the storyboard like a: Navigation Controller > UIView (home view with buttons) List button > TableView with content how can i do that?
