Does the book cover preparing and deploying a Rails (3.x) app to Google App Engine?

No, it does not cover GAE. I tried to focus platforms that would be familiar to Rubyists. But one of the best things about JRuby is that it opens up sooo many deployment options. GAE is an excellent one.
