Missing NSIncrementalStore and NSNormalizedPredicateOption

Hello Marcus,

I just wanted to let you know that after reading the book, there are two topics that I am desperately missing:
1. NSIncrementalStore, how to implement one and use it for a web service.
2. NSNormalizedPredicateOption, there is a lack of information on what has to be done to the string so it gets saved normalized as one of the attributes so it can later be used with BEGINSWITH[n], for example. An example on how to create the canonical version of a non-english word, would be required here.

Those are more advanced topics of discussion and like many of the truly advanced features of Core Data, they will be discussed in another text at a later time (once I get done writing it :)
