This can be misread as the backward-delete symbol referring to the forward-delete key.

Swapping the clauses may help, e.g.:

“This key is indicated by {icon} and can be found on full-size Mac keyboards within the home key cluster; note that it is different from the forward delete key (as found on PC keyboards).”
