&lt;/pre&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Why does it print &amp;#8221;&amp;lt;&amp;lt; 23,180 &amp;gt;&amp;gt;&amp;#8221;? How does  the number (23 and 180) come from?&lt;/p&gt;</description>
