I think the reason is the TODO bundle is now using Ruby. Regardless I was not able to make the changes suggested successfully. Help would be appreciated.

Hey Rick, ever figure out the answer to this one? I suspect the non-traffic here is because most Textmate users use the mailing list on the Macromates site, but I would think the author would pop in from time to time to point people there.

Anyway, it looks like adding tags now is just a matter of choosing the preferences in the TODO bundle from the gear icon, (or Bundles menu -> TODO).
