Multi-step wizard background quirks (safari)

In Safari Version 3.0.4 (5523.15) (10.5.2) the body background is acting a bit strange.

I updated prototype to 1.6.0.2, horay, its working perfect. In no other browser I had this issue. Even WebKit handled it fine.
