Why should we use ngnx? What are other alternatives? What about mongrel?

Is there a standard method of depoyment? if not why not?

In some countries, even web hosting companies avoid Rails like plague? Why? Why? Why?

Is Rails communities full of cowboys? Like “linus doesnt scale” mutiny?

What you have so far on Nginx is great, more info would be even better, for example a
a Trac install, with subversion. While TRAC is not ruby it is essential to the deployment and installation of ruby, if users are going to leave apache for their rails apps they need all the common development tools which includes Trac, with subversion.

Great book for the most part and of course much better when the revisions are made but – Nginx? a little chapter on Nginx is to come?
