      <description>&lt;p&gt;It covers both, though I&amp;#8217;d say 95% deploying to Windows servers, and 5% deploying from Windows dev machines. However, capistrano works the same on Windows as it does on Linux. If you&amp;#8217;re using that to deploy from Windows to another host, then you&amp;#8217;re all set. It&amp;#8217;s just unfortunate that Capistrano doesn&amp;#8217;t work to deploy to a Windows machine.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
