I just skipped through the chapters of moving from shared hosting to a virtual server.
I find that the most daunting thing when moving from shared hosting to a virtual server is to set up email handling: sendmail, smtp or whatever.

I fully apreciate that you do not want to cover the topic in depth, but a reference to an endorsed way of setting up sendmail or an smtp server would be quite useful. Hope you will consider that for the final version.
