Index for PickAxe3?

Did the index at the back of PickAxe3 PDF get thrown out? If so, it needs to come back, that’s the best feature of PickAxe2 PDF. And the PDF menu/navigation of the index needs to expand alphabetically as it does in the Agile book. |
