First project not tabbed

Hmm, not sure what is going on, but after many attempts at trying to get the first project to work “form_with_dijit.htm”, I downloaded the code from this site and plugged it in (verifying dojo library location) and had the same problem. I can not get the different areas to seperate out in tabs (according to the first DIV). Yes I know about the size needing to be correct for the tabs to work, plus I did use the code off this site. Also have you tried to run your code examples in the latest version of Aptana, to see if they work in the browser previews that show the page as you update it in, IE, iPhone, Safari and Firefox. I have tried this code in regular firefox 2.0.0.12 Any ideas? |

Ok, never mind figured out what was going. As typical. It was something subtle, yet dauntingly obvious that I kept overlooking. Got it working in Firefox. However, I do recommend that you try your solutions in the Aptana IDE, it is nice, available in Linux OS X and Windows and has a free community edition and a commercial Pro edition, that comes integrated with an auto preview for iPone, Safari, and Firefox, makes developing easier. |

Hi, I couldn’t get the first example to work either. I am using Firefox 2.0.0.14. I also tried it in IE with the same result. I can see the text fields and boxes, but no buttons or tabs. Any suggestions would be welcome. Thanks, Glenn |

By the way, I’m using the code from the Web page. I loaded Firebug into my installation of Firefox, and it gives me one error: Dojo not defined. I checked the path to where I have the file dojo.ds and it seems fine. Firebug says the error is on line 26: dojo.require(“dijit.layout.ContentPane”); This line seems fine to me, though. |
