Right now I am trying to find some good open source wiki software.

One for personal use, I want to manage my own knowledge, it should be offline use, need to be installed on my PC, and easy to synchronize.

one for team use, should be web based.

Does anybody can recommend your best wiki software?

I use it at work and have recommended it to collegues, everyone loves it.

my experience of wiki tool is : TiddlyWiki => self host wikipedia => markdown files in Dropbox
