      <description>&lt;p&gt;So true. I also think that Wiki&amp;#8217;s great gift to the world is making documenting things so much easier and thereby making documentation more dynamic, thus starting to erase that distinction between documenting and documentation (mindsets still need changing &amp;#8211; the social will always trump the technological in the short term).&lt;/p&gt;


	&lt;p&gt;You could also say that learning is more important than certification, or better: applying your learning is better than finishing your training; and best of all: learning = living. (My intermediate school had the motto &amp;#8220;Learn to live&amp;#8221;, and my high school&amp;#8217;s motto was &amp;#8220;That we might have life&amp;#8221; &amp;#8211; fantastic mottos, I think.)&lt;/p&gt;</description>
