This has now been solved! Thank you.

The ‘Settings’ is not appearing on my AVD/or phone! I’ve even cut and pasted the code from the book and it doesn’t appear either!

Does anybody have any idea why? (I’ve made the buttons slightly on my app. – not too sure if it is shoving the menu off the bottom of the screen.)
