I think this book has the wrong title, it could have been called The Pragmatic Programmer Second Edition.

I’m recommending that everyone on my team read this.

Thanks for a great book.

Brian,

Very many thanks for your kind words - I really appreciate the feedback.

Could I be cheeky and ask you to post a review on Amazon? It all helps to get the word out :-)

Thanks again,

Paul.

I was absolutely planning on posting a review on Amazon, and I’m working to get the book be required reading for my development team here in the US as well as in China.

Any chance we could get you to come give a talk at the New England Java User’s Group? We have monthly meetings with standard attendance of about 300 developers.

Brian

Thanks for the invitation, Brian - I’d love to.

I’m based in the UK, but I do travel to the US on a reasonably regular basis. I’ll be sure to look you up when I’m next in your area (not sure when that’s likely to be - I’ve just started a new role, and I’m not sure what my travel plans are just yet :-)

Thanks again,

Paul.
