How well does this book describe manipulation of GIS data programmatically (i.e. OGC WPS)?

24 May 2012, 15:08 Debbie Pierce (1 post)	The description of this books content includes a bullet on how to manipulate GIS data programmatically. This implies to me that this book includes a discussion of OGC WPS (Web Processing Services). However, I don’t see this topic included in the Table of Contents. For those of you who have this book, is this discussion included in the book? FYI, I’m looking for some how-tos on how to implement some additional processing we would like to have our WMS server do.
