I tried to follow the book to setup the selenium, but not successful.

When I type rake cucumber, there is no message about selenium server, it seems the selenium never started.

My environment is ruby 1.9.3, rails 3.2.8

Can anybody give me a hint?

He Steve – the examples in the book should all work with the versions listed in the preface. I know they’re old at this point, but you can set that environment up with rvm and bundler.
