I work as a System Administrator and I started with Ruby as a scripting automation language.

However, I am interested in learning to apply the concepts of programming to IT Management—especially the project, planning and resource management.

I am exploring, ruby, rails and redmine href=”http://www.redmine.org”>http://www.redmine.org to explore software to encourage at least some sensible management.
