With this new pickaxe that covers ruby 1.9 i thought that this was a stable version but i now discover that 1.9 is a development version so why this new edition that covers a development version of ruby? And when the 2.0 will be out? This book will be outdated!

i purchased the beta and i think you should add a recipe that deals with the creation of a form (and its relative action code) that handles the creation and edit of two or more model objects and also the possibility to add and remove “secondary” model objects on the fly with javascript maybe.

I purchased the beta and see that it still lacks of the nginx chapter and maybe an apache one. Then i think it could be great to talk about other version control tools other than subversion like for example “Mercurial” that seems it is growing very fast.

in the official rails blog everyone says that he/she wants a new edition of AWDWR that covers rails 2. I think Mr. thomas should consider heavily a new edition ;)
