Hi guys,

I need some some insight on the difference. This is how I have it in my head but I do not ‘know’ if this is correct.

setting up a sent action is equivalent to saying this on a NSControl object.

[backButton setTarget:myWebView];
[backButton setAction:@selector(goBack)];

and inside ‘WebView’ class there is a method like this

-(IBAction) goBack:(id)sender
  [self MoveBackwards];

receivedAction is like ???? I think its the same just another way of looking at it? but the IB has it listed differently.

Hi Paul,

The received action in the example is goBack:

If I understand your question that is, if not please ask again.

Good luck!
