I noticed that you are using the Latin ligatures fi (looks like fi) throughout the “B1.5 printing” pdf of this book. Unfortunately, this makes it very difficult to understand when using text to speech on Leopard.

Does anybody have any advice for how to best to handle the situation? Unless the prags are planning on releasing an audio book eventually, which I doubt, I would like to correct the pronunciation. Perhaps I could expand Leopard’s recognition of certain unicode characters or maybe by using a script to replace the characters…

suggestions?
