Brian P. Hogan

Brian Hogan is an author, editor, and web developer from Eau Claire, Wisconsin. He’s been developing web sites professionally since 1995 as a freelancer and consultant, building web applications using HTML, JavaScript, Ruby on Rails, and Elixir. He enjoys teaching and writing about technology, particularly web development and accessibility.

He is the author of Exercises For Programmers, Automate With Grunt, tmux - Productive Mouse Free Development , HTML5 and CSS3 - Level Up With Today’s Web Technologies , and Web Development Recipes

He’s also a development editor here at the Pragmatic Programmers.

When not hacking on code, he’s writing music, watching “The Simpsons”, or spending quality time with his wife and daughters.
